The Vera May Foundation, Inc. ("VMF," "we," "our," or "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 39-2951016) committed to serving vulnerable communities in Jamaica, Haiti, and beyond. The Yvan Freemond Memorial Drive is a named initiative operating under VMF's legal structure.


We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Statement explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a donor, supporter, or visitor to our website.

When you donate, sign up for updates, or contact us, we may collect:

We will never share your personal information with other nonprofits, political organizations, or commercial companies for their own marketing purposes.


4. Donor Privacy & Recognition

We respect your preferences regarding recognition. Unless you have given us express written permission:

  • We will not publicly disclose your donation amount.
  • We will not include your name in public donor lists without your consent.
  • We will honor requests for anonymous giving.
