If you are based in Jamaica and want to make a meaningful difference in your community, we want to hear from you. Friends of VMF are vetted volunteers who visit and support elders weekly. If you live abroad and want to support remotely — through administration, fundraising, or social media — there is a place for you too.

Covers phone credit for two volunteers for one month.

Funds four trips  for one senior to attend church, community meetings, or pick up prescriptions.

Helps a VMF Community Partner for one month with transportation and communication costs so they  reach more isolated seniors.
